Nubridge Financial Services was formed in 1995 by a team of banking professionals to source and appraise structed debt facilities for large and medium size companies in the mining, manufacturing, transport, and  construction industry. With our collective years of Corporate Banking Experience, we were successful raising finance for fixed assets, as well as working capital facilities and long-term securitised lending.

The Company provides consulting and transactional advisory services on projects design, and  implementation and technical solutions in the public and private sectors with the emphasis on infrastructure projects. The company also offers balance sheet limited – recourse project finance solutions. Our primary focus is on water & sanitation, telecommunications, electricity, fleet services, roads accommodation and other infrastructure projects. The company’s management has over 50 years of experience in corporate & project finance, banking, and municipal services.
